This video is a laboratory demonstration of the process we use to produce cellulose nanocrystals. The process is described in detail in this patent application. It builds on our technology described in this patent.

We make 20 kg batches of CNC in our pilot plant. We also have a Class 5 engineering report detailing design of production plants up to 50 t/d of capacity.

this process is simple, versatile and scaleable

We have converted pulp from wood as well as hemp, flax and wheat straw.

Our process easily integrates into existing pulp mills and other biomass processing plants.
